Our collaborators

  • India

    Ashoka University

Department of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences

Working with Prof. Nandini Chatterjee Singh and her team at Ashoka University to shape Newsling's approach to measuring critical thinking and kindness. The team designed and analysed the initial Grade 5 study.

  • India

    BITS Design School

Through its Design Lab, BITS faculty are guiding the design of Newsling's classroom experience. Separately, second-year design students are working on Newsling briefs as part of the Transformation Design Project, an academic module at BITS Design School.

  • United States

    Teachers College, Columbia University

Working with Newsling to study how children and teachers engage with news in the classroom, and how Newsling’s use of AI shapes the way the programme is designed and produced.

  • United States

    The Critical Thinking Institute

Newsling is collaborating with the Critical Thinking Institute to strengthen critical-thinking practice in the classroom. Drawing on the Institute's framework and educational materials, we are exploring age-appropriate tools that help children examine their reasoning, consider alternative perspectives and develop intellectual humility.

  • United States

    The Trust Project

Working with Newsling to explore how the Trust Indicators can support age-appropriate learning about trustworthy information.

  • India

    R.N. Podar School

The first school to bring Newsling into daily classroom use. Its leadership, teachers and students have helped shape the practice through participation, observation and continuing feedback.
